Keao NeSmith, PhD (pictured above) along with Randy Wichman, project historian, and Dave Wellman, PLS were invited to speak at this year’s Society for Hawaiian Archeology Conference. Held at the University of Hawai’i Hilo, their presentation was titled “Kaneiolouma, Kaua’i – A Renaissance.” The focus was on the history of the site, the cultural significance and revival, and applied science and technology.
